Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Quality Manager for a top industrial manufacturing client. This individual will lead all plant-level quality systems, ensuring products and processes meet internal standards, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements. The role is highly hands-on and visible, partnering closely with manufacturing and operations to drive continuous improvement, supplier quality, and corrective actions. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality leader who thrives in an onsite manufacturing environment and enjoys owning quality from the floor to the customer.

Must-Haves:

7+ years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Direct ownership of

ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems Strong experience with root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA Proven audit leadership (internal, customer, and third?party audits) Ability to partner cross-functionally in a fast?paced plant setting Comfortable being onsite and highly visible on the production floor

Plusses:

Experience in electrical, industrial, enclosure, or engineered products manufacturing Exposure to

ISO 14001, ISO

45001, or similar regulatory standards Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Prior people management or team mentorship experience ERP/QMS system experience (SAP, Oracle, ETQ, MasterControl, etc.)
