2989939243-2 Apply for this job now Job Description GE Vernova is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality strategy and execution at a key energy manufacturing or services site. In this mission-driven role, you'll own the local Quality Management System, champion safety and compliance, and ensure products and services meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. You will manage audits, drive root-cause problem solving, and lead continuous improvement to reduce defects and variation. Partnering with engineering, operations, and EHS teams, you'll use data-driven tools and lean practices to build a strong quality culture that supports GE Vernova's energy transition mission. Responsibilities Lead and maintain the site Quality Management System in alignment with GE Vernova and industry standards Plan and execute internal and external quality audits, ensuring compliance and effective corrective actions Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions to resolve product and process nonconformances Monitor and analyze quality metrics, identifying trends and leading data-driven improvement projects Partner with engineering and operations to ensure robust process controls and first-time-right quality Champion a strong quality and safety culture through training, communication, and daily engagement Interface with customers on quality issues, requirements, and continuous improvement plans Support qualification of new products, processes, and suppliers to meet quality and reliability targets Collaborate with EHS and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to applicable standards and regulations Lead cross-functional teams using Lean/Six Sigma tools to reduce defects, scrap, and rework Required Skills Quality management systems (ISO 9001 or similar) Root cause analysis and corrective action (RCA, 8 D, FMEA) Statistical process control (SPC) Lean/Six Sigma methodologies Internal and supplier auditing Nonconformance and CAPA management Regulatory and industry standards compliance Data analysis and quality metrics reporting Manufacturing/operations process knowledge Cross-functional project leadership
