Identification and analysis of total quality costs including prevention, appraisal, internal and external costs and for formulating action plans to reduce these cost. Has the authority to deem the product meets the intent of the customers' expectations. Provide a preventative method of controlling quality through SPC, problem solving and prevention techniques, i.e., inspection of raw material, work in process and finished goods. Assist in obtaining and maintaining IATF16949 and ISO9001 Certification. This full-time, salary role is a part of our Quality team and reports to the Plant Manager. Success Factors Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university. Minimum eight (8) years in Quality Engineering / Quality Assurance and four (4) years of management experience Responsible for reading and understanding the

IATF 16949, ISO9001

2015 and

ISO-14001

procedures. Quality Management and or Management experience is required. Ability to respond to customer inquiries or complaints. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. QMS and QAD skill is a plus. Ability to work with Gauges, Micrometers, Calipers, and Scales.
