Full job description Express is hiring for a growing janitorial/commercial cleaning company. This is a full-time, field-based position supporting multiple customer locations.

SHIFT:

Full-time Daytime/field-based schedule Schedule may vary based on customer and operational needs. Frequent travel between assigned customer locations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

The Field Operations & Quality Assurance Manager will support multiple customer locations and site leadership.

This includes:

Conducting quality inspections. Assisting site leadership. Addressing operational concerns. Providing coverage and support across assigned accounts.

WHAT YOU NEED

Experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, Environmental Services (EVS), or a related industry. Previous Site Manager, Operations Manager, Area Manager, Quality Assurance, or similar experience. Experience supporting or managing multiple customer locations preferred. Strong understanding of commercial cleaning and quality standards. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Ability to identify operational issues and follow through with corrective actions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to travel between multiple customer locations as required. #
