Oversee and lead a team of 2 Quality Leads and 15 Quality Technicians (union) within an AS9100 investment casting aerospace facility Drive and elevate quality standards across all plant operations Develop and enhance the technical skill sets of the quality team B.S. Degree required Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment At least 5 years of hands-on experience in quality management or quality assurance Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role with direct report responsibilities Company is a global leader in engineered metal products! Manufactures components for the aerospace/military industry!
