Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will drive excellence in product quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, fostering a culture of quality throughout the organization. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape quality strategies, lead audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of manufacturing excellence. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with
ISO 9001, ISO 13485
(medical devices), FDA regulations, HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices). Lead internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement. Oversee quality control processes including inspections, testing, and validation activities across manufacturing lines. Coordinate root cause analysis and corrective action plans for quality issues, ensuring timely resolution and prevention of recurrence. Manage documentation related to quality assurance activities, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and compliance records. Collaborate with production teams to integrate quality into every stage of manufacturing processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing data trends and implementing best practices in quality systems management. Skills Extensive knowledge ofISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA
regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and related industry standards. Proven experience in conducting thorough quality audits and assessments within manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of quality control techniques including inspection methods and testing procedures. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward common quality goals. Analytical skills capable of interpreting complex data sets to identify root causes and develop effective solutions. Effective communication skills for training staff, presenting findings, and collaborating with regulatory bodies.
