Quality Control Manager Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee aspects of quality control within our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS 9100 regulations, implement and maintain quality management systems, and conduct thorough analyses to uphold high standards of quality assurance.
Duties:
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure products meet regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality systems.
- Lead quality audits to assess the effectiveness of existing processes and recommend enhancements.
- Establish, monitor, and maintain product quality to meet company standards.
- Interact regularly with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to set quality standards and inspection criteria.
- Support the Quality System (QS) to guarantee that customer requirements are fulfilled.
- Maintain the Corrective Action and Internal Audit processes.
Experience:
- Proven experience in quality control management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze data and identify trends for process improvement.
- Experience in implementing and maintaining quality control systems.
- Proficient in AS 9100 and
ISO 9001
standards.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, internet applications, and database software.
- Demonstrated strong analytical, project management, and organizational abilities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Competent in GD&T, drawing interpretation, and reading.
- Capable of effectively utilizing various inspection tools.
