Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our quality processes. To ensure compliance within The National Board, ASME & BPE industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a background in Stainless Steel manufacturing and quality management systems. Particularly in the tank manufacturing sector. This role is crucial for maintaining the highest quality standards and ensuring that our products meet both customer expectations and regulatory compliance. Duties Works with team members to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in accordance with ASME, and BPE standards. Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Oversee quality control processes including quality inspection and testing of products to ensure they meet specified standards. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify areas for improvement in Quality processes and implement corrective actions as necessary. Manage quality systems documentation, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible. Analyze data related to product quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Train and mentor staff on quality assurance best practices and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 5+ Years experience in a Quality Assurance role within a stainless steel environment preferred. 5+ Years of ASME, BPE, knowledge and standards along with other relevant quality standards preferred. Ability to pass ASME Code eye test. Experience conducting quality audits and inspections with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and tools used in the industry. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
