Bachelors Job Description Neshoba General Hospital is seeking an experienced and visionary Radiology Director to lead the strategic, clinical, and operational management of our Radiology Department. This leadership role is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic professional committed to excellence in patient care, quality improvement, staff development, and operational efficiency. The Radiology Director will oversee daily departmental operations, ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards, foster collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and promote a culture of safety, innovation, and exceptional service. The successful candidate will provide leadership to a highly skilled imaging team while driving continuous improvement initiatives that support the hospital's mission and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for all radiology services and staff. Ensure high-quality, patient-centered imaging services. Manage departmental budgets, staffing, and resource allocation. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accreditation standards. Lead quality, safety, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to optimize patient outcomes. Support staff engagement, professional development, and workflow optimization. Preferred qualifications Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Sciences, or a related field. Current certification and licensure as appropriate for the position. Progressive leadership experience in diagnostic imaging services. Strong knowledge of imaging operations, regulatory requirements, budgeting, and performance improvement. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
