Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee foundation repair projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of foundation processes, and the ability to handle multiple projects at once. This role requires effective communication with team members and clients to facilitate project success. Duties Supervise daily operations on project sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Read and interpret contract documents to guide project execution. Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with project managers to develop project estimates and schedules. Train and mentor field staff in best practices for project management and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in construction/foundation management or a related field. Familiarity with quality control processes within the construction industry. Knowledge of foundation practices is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and clients Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.
