Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of product quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the manufacturing facility. Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures. Conduct regular audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Monitor and analyze quality metrics, preparing reports for management to inform decision-making. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer specifications, and safety standards. Lead and train quality assurance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage supplier quality programs, including supplier audits and performance evaluations. Support new product development by providing quality input during design and testing phases.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance within manufacturing, preferably in aerospace, motorsports, or related industries. Strong knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or equivalent. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Effective leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in quality tools and software, including root cause analysis, FMEA, and statistical process control. Strong communication skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
