Role :
Are you an experienced Construction Quality Control Manager (CQC) looking to lead high-impact energy or government projects? In this role, you'll take ownership of quality control systems across complex construction projects, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, federal regulations, and client requirements. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership while driving continuous improvement and audit readiness. What you'll do : Lead and manage construction quality control (CQC) programs across projects Develop and maintain QC plans, policies, and procedures Conduct site inspections, internal audits, and compliance reviews Identify quality issues, perform root cause analysis , and implement corrective actions Partner with engineering, project management, and supply chain teams Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to leadership Ensure compliance with
ISO 9001, EM
385-1-1, and other regulatory standards Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of construction quality control experience OR 10+ years of relevant construction quality experience in lieu of a degree Experience as a CQC Manager or Quality Control Manager in construction Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems Experience leading quality audits, inspections, and compliance efforts Certification such as Certified Quality Manager (CQM), entitled "Construction Quality Management For Contractors within the last five years.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting federal, military, or energy resilience projects Familiarity with
EM 385-1-1
