Job Description

Job Summary Responsible for product quality control and abnormality handling. Organize the investigation, analysis and tracking of the root cause of quality abnormality until the abnormality is solved. Organize the implementation of key projects on product quality control. Maintain continuous improvement, promote QCC and TQM activities. Ensure that quality objectives are achieved. Responsibilities Develop the department's work plan and objectives according to the company's overall planning and objectives and implement the plans. Develop product inspection procedures as per product technology standards. Organize IPQC, FQC and OQC for strict quality control. Organize review of defective products and follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive measures. Assist in the handling of customer complaints on product quality. Eliminate product quality risk and avoid recurrence of customer complaints. Monitor the implementation of process technology documents. Be responsible for product quality data and continuous improvement analysis. Complete all the work tasks temporarily arranged.
Education:
Associate degree in disciplines such as physics, chemistry, electronics, material, etc.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in QC management in solar industry, of which 3+ years of experience in an equivalent position.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Familiar with quality determination and control methods and the quality management system. Skilled in the use of various office software. Proficient in the use of 7 QC tools, PDCA, 5M1E management tools, familiar with the application of ISO quality management system. Able to lead the establishment of quality management system for PV cells and modules, and the development of inspection standards and practices.
