Family Medicine locums coverage in North Carolina with weekend-only 8am to 5pm shifts in an inpatient psychiatric treatment setting, no call. This is a long-term need with fast credentialing. Highlights Fast credentialing Flexible schedule Long term assignment No call required Practice Setting Inpatient psychiatric treatment setting, adult patients Team-based model with 2 APs, 1 Med MD, 1 Psych, psychologist, RNs, and techs 16 beds per unit across 3 units, max 32 patients shared across providers You will not be expected to see every patient every day Schedule Weekend coverage only Scheduled hours are 8am to 5pm No call One full week of training required prior to start Cases and Procedures General medical management for adult inpatients in a psychiatric treatment setting Light wound care; higher-risk cases are transferred to a hospital Requirements Must be an MD or DO Family Medicine board certified or board eligible North Carolina license required, will not wait for license
