Job Description

A local family-owned and growing manufacturing company seeking a dynamic and hands-on Quality Control Manager to lead our quality efforts and help support the next phase of our growth. We are looking for someone who brings both experience and a passion for continuous improvement, while thriving in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This role is ideal for a quality professional who enjoys leading people, solving problems, and ensuring customers receive products that consistently meet the highest standards. Position Summary The Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality control activities to ensure only in-specification products leave our facility. This individual will work closely with production and leadership teams to maintain quality standards, investigate quality issues, respond to customer concerns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Quality Control Manager will also supervise Quality Control Technicians, ensure processes are being followed, and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions when quality concerns arise. Key Responsibilities Lead daily quality control operations in both manufacturing and laboratory environments. Supervise and develop Quality Control Technicians. Ensure products meet customer and company quality specifications. Investigate non-conforming materials and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions. Respond promptly to customer quality concerns and complaints. Partner with production leadership to improve processes and product consistency. Maintain compliance with
ISO 9001
Quality Management System requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Required 3-5 years of quality experience within a manufacturing environment. 2-3 years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience. Experience working within an
ISO 9001
Quality Management System. Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. Ability to work in both manufacturing and laboratory settings. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Preferred Experience building, maintaining, or improving
ISO 9001
programs. Experience in adhesives, chemicals, coatings, polymers, or related manufacturing industries. Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement experience. Physical Requirements & PPE Must be comfortable wearing required PPE, including:

Full-time Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
