This role ensures the consistent production of high-quality corrugated packaging products that meet or exceed customer expectations while driving operational excellence throughout the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that all workings are manufactured in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements. Contribute towards the achievement of company's strategic and operational objectives. Participate in daily, weekly, monthly and annual planning process as appropriate. Develop and maintain company-wide quality systems and standards. Establish quality KPIs and reporting mechanisms. Lead quality assurance, audits, compliance, and corrective action programs. Partner with operations to reduce defects, scrap, and rework. Serve as the primary contact for customer quality concerns and audits. Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Recruit, develop, and manage quality personnel.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Exposure to wet and humid conditions in the plant environment Exposure to high, precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; and vibration in the plant environment. Noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS ASQ
certification preferred. Six Sigma certification preferred.
ISO 9001
experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
