Our client is currently seeking a
QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
in North Carolina. We are seeking a QA Supervisor (3rd Shift) to join our growing food manufacturing team in NC. This role is responsible for leading daily quality activities on the production floor, supervising QA Technicians, and ensuring consistent food safety and product quality. You will provide technical guidance, support continuous improvement, and help maintain strong compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coach QA Technicians, providing training and support to meet business needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for quality and food safety issues on the 3rd shift. Review and maintain operational and quality documentation daily. Support internal and external audits (customer, regulatory, GFSI) and address any findings. Assist with product holds, traceability, recalls, and complaint investigations. Qualifications BS degree or equivalent experience in food manufacturing/quality assurance. 2+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a food production QA department. Strong working knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMP requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
