Quality Control Manager

Duties Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive quality control procedures aligned with industry standards such as

ISO 13485, ISO 9001, FDA

regulations, HACCP, CGMP, and other relevant frameworks. Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Lead quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to verify product specifications and detect deviations early. Manage quality assurance programs by analyzing data trends, investigating root causes of defects, and implementing corrective actions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects related to process improvements, new product launches, and compliance initiatives. Oversee documentation processes for quality management systems, audit reports, non-conformance reports, and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) plans. Train staff on quality standards, inspection techniques, and regulatory requirements to foster a culture of quality awareness. Interact with manufacturing and customers on quality related issues Maintain quality systems in order to prevent quality defects Trouble shoot quality problems in order to find root cause Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing environments with a strong understanding of quality control and assurance practices. standards. Demonstrated ability to conduct thorough quality audits and inspections with attention to detail. Strong analysis skills to interpret data trends and identify root causes of issues promptly. Excellent project management skills to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously. Familiarity with quality systems documentation, including SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), audit reports, and CAPA procedures.
