In this pivotal role, you will lead the film transfer process, coordinate quality assurance activities, and implement quality management systems to deliver pristine results. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement in our film transfer operations, maintaining rigorous quality control and inspection protocols. Responsibilities Supervise the entire film transfer process, ensuring adherence to established quality standards and procedures Conduct comprehensive quality audits and inspections throughout each stage of film transfer to identify deviations and areas for improvement Implement and maintain robust quality systems, including QA/QC protocols, to guarantee consistent output quality Lead data collection efforts related to process performance, defect rates, and quality metrics for analysis and reporting Collaborate with manufacturing teams to optimize workflows, troubleshoot issues, and uphold strict quality assurance measures Perform detailed analysis of inspection data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process enhancement Train team members on quality management practices, inspection techniques, and safety protocols to foster a culture of excellence Requirements Proven experience in quality management within manufacturing or media production environments, with a focus on film or similar media transfer processes Strong knowledge of quality systems, including QA/QC procedures, quality audits, and control methodologies Demonstrated expertise in conducting quality inspections and implementing effective corrective actions Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop strategic solutions Familiarity with manufacturing workflows related to film handling, transfer equipment operation, and safety standards Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting Ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining a proactive approach toward continuous improvement Join us as a Film Transfer Lead where your dedication to quality will ensure the preservation of cinematic artistry while advancing innovative media transfer techniques.
