Job Description

ISO Coordinator (Metal Marine Manufacturing) Job Summary The ISO Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards ISO9001. In a marine manufacturing context, this includes ensuring compliance across fabrication, welding, coating, assembly, and testing processes used in building metal marine components or vessels. Key Responsibilities Maintain and improve the ISO Quality Management System (QMS) Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits Ensure compliance with ISO standards and marine industry requirements Control and update quality documentation and records Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Train employees on quality procedures and standards Support supplier quality and material compliance Drive continuous improvement using quality data Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field (preferred) 2-5+ years in quality or ISO coordination in manufacturing Experience in metal fabrication, welding, or marine industry is highly preferred Strong understanding of
ISO 9001
