QA Supervisor The QA Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the Quality Assurance department and making sure products meet customer and company quality requirements.

General Duties:

Oversee and help direct the QA employees. Make sure required inspections are completed correctly. Review QA paperwork and make sure records are complete and accurate. Help QA employees with questions or problems that come up during inspections. Work with Production and other departments when quality issues arise. Help identify problems with products or processes and determine what needs to be done to correct them. Make sure employees are following QA procedures and work instructions. Conduct internal audits and follow up on any issues that are found. Keep track of calibration and inspection equipment. Help with customer complaints, returned product, and rework when needed. Help update QA procedures, forms, and work instructions. Train new QA employees and help existing employees learn new inspection requirements. Detail-oriented. Ability to stay organized and manage several things at once. Good communication and people skills. Ability to make decisions and address problems when they come up. In General:

This is a hands-on supervisory position. The QA Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the QA department, while also working with other departments to help make sure quality requirements are understood and followed.
