Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinate internal, customer, and third-party certification audits Drive corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs Lead root cause investigations using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, and Fishbone Analysis Partner with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Tooling teams to improve quality and process capability Manage customer quality concerns and supplier quality initiatives Develop and monitor quality KPIs, including scrap reduction, customer complaints, audit performance, and cost of quality Champion continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma initiatives Train employees on quality standards and ISO requirements Qualifications 5+ years of Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment 3+ years managing
