Job Description
Purpose To serve each guest in a manner that ensures an exceptional dining experience and encourages continued patronage. FRCG requires sincere dedication from all Team Members to deliver outstanding service and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greeting guests within one minute of being seated Work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with guests and fellow Team Members Introduce yourself by name and demonstrate strong salesmanship through menu knowledge, presentation, and suggestive selling Serve food and beverages in a courteous, accurate, and timely manner Provide responsible alcohol service in accordance with company policies and all state and local regulations Accurately and promptly enter orders to follow table to terminal guidelines Assist with seating guests and answering phones when the host staff are unavailable Pre-bus tables in your section and nearby areas; maintain a "full hands in, full hands out" approach Run food, refill beverages, and complete side work throughout the shift Consistently offer appetizers, fried rice, and desserts to every guest Process guest payments accurately and promptly Bus and reset tables promptly Maintain general cleanliness of the restaurant, your assigned section, including floors, dining room, BOH, restrooms, doors, and windows Complete all assigned side work duties Monitor guest satisfaction and report any concerns or complaints to Management before the guest leaves Provide a sincere farewell and invite guests to return Physical Requirements Ability to communicate clearly in English (100%) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (2-12 hours) (100%) Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, and lift up to 60 lbs. (80%) Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old to serve alcohol, or as required by state regulations Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive demeanor Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet the physical demands of the position Note This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the position.
