Backed by significant investment and aggressive growth plans, the organization is expanding its footprint and creating new advancement opportunities across quality leadership functions. Job Description Lead and develop a team of quality inspectors and quality engineering personnel in a manufacturing environment. Maintain and improve the site's Quality Management System while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Drive corrective actions, root cause analysis, preventative actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across operations. Serve as the primary quality liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve quality concerns and improve performance. Lead supplier quality programs, audits, qualification activities, and supplier development efforts. Partner with manufacturing leadership to support new product introductions, facility growth initiatives, and quality improvements during production transfers.
