job summary: One of New England's most respected builders is seeking a Construction Quality Control Manager in the Manchester, NH area. You'll play a critical role in delivering high quality projects in a safe and efficient way. Manchester, New Hampshire job type: Permanent salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year work hours: 8am to 4pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Own the quality process from preconstruction through project closeoutBuild and manage project specific quality plans, inspections, testing schedules, punch lists and corrective action items Work closely with Project Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors and inspectors to keep projects movingReview drawings, submittals, maaterials, and field work to catch issues early and avoid delaysUse tools like Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 and MS Office Bring 5+ years of construction experienceCertifications such as
OSHA 30, USACE
CQM, ACI, or ICC are a plus qualifications: Experience level: ExperiencedMinimum 5 years of experience
