Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to oversee our quality assurance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quality management within a manufacturing environment, with expertise in regulatory requirements such as ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485.
This role is crucial for maintaining the highest quality standards in our products and processes. Responsibilities Supervise and lead the quality control team to ensure effective implementation of quality management systems. Investigate all customer complaints regarding Quaility, RMA's and Nonconforming material. Conduct regular quality audits to assess compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485, and other relevant standards. Oversee quality inspection processes to identify defects and ensure product specifications are met. Maintain all company ISO9001 and
ISO13485
Operational Procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Train staff on quality assurance practices and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Analyze data related to product quality and prepare reports for management review. Manage projects related to quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to standards. Skills Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and
ISO 13485.
Proven experience in conducting quality audits and inspections within a manufacturing setting. Expertise in quality control, assurance, and management principles. Familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and best practices. Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives effectively. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving. Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments. Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
