What You'll Be Doing Lead Raw Inspection, X-Ray, NDT, Final Inspection, and Shipping quality teams. Ensure AS9100 and NADCAP compliance. Oversee First Article Inspection, PPAP, audits, and quality documentation. Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. Partner with customers and internal teams while mentoring quality staff. About You Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent industry experience). Aerospace or defense manufacturing quality leadership experience. Expertise with AS9100, NADCAP, NDT, ERP, and QMS. Strong audit leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
