full-time Our client, a fashion brand, is looking for a Temporary Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team in Secaucus, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the VP/QA team Assist with the preparation, organization, tracking, and submission of TOP (Top of Production) samples. Support completion and maintenance of TOP forms, QA forms, testing documentation, trackers, and other required records. Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets, charts, reports, summaries, and PowerPoint presentations. Organize and maintain accurate records of samples, submissions, approvals, testing, and related documentation. Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, mills, and factories to obtain required samples, information, forms, and documentation. Track outstanding items and deadlines and proactively follow up to help ensure timely completion. Assist with compiling information for management reporting, meetings, retailer requirements, and QA reviews. Coordinate multiple projects and priorities while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail. Support general departmental administrative activities and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Quality Management, Production, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in apparel quality or color management Experience supporting programs for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, Costco, or other national retailers. Familiarity with TOP submissions, product testing, quality assurance processes, and production documentation.
