Position Highlights:
We are rapidly expanding our US team and are seeking a successful, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Analytics Quality Assurance Specialist. The Analytics Quality Assurance Specialist provides administrative, reporting, and quality-control support to the Quality Control Manager. This position is highly data-driven and requires strong attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing information from multiple departments, preparing and maintaining reports, reviewing driver performance and call recordings, entering and maintaining data in company systems, creating and managing user accounts, and helping ensure that departments are consistently following established Standard Operating Procedures About us:

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Management Collect, organize, and compile information from various departments for daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, tracking documents, and reporting dashboards. Enter accurate information into company systems based on reports, records, and supporting documentation. Review data for accuracy, completeness, and inconsistencies. Maintain organized records and documentation to support Quality Control activities. Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas requiring additional review or follow-up. Assist the Quality Control Manager with preparing reports and presentations for management. Driver Performance Monitoring Review and maintain reports related to driver performance and compliance. Monitor driver activity, including speed and other performance-related metrics. Identify potential performance issues or unusual trends and bring them to the attention of the Quality Control Manager. Maintain accurate driver records and performance documentation. Assist with tracking corrective actions and follow-up items. Call Recording & Quality Review Review recorded calls and other available communications for quality, accuracy, and compliance. Document findings from call reviews and enter applicable information into company systems. Identify recurring issues, training opportunities, or failures to follow established procedures. Prepare call-review reports for the Quality Control Manager. System Administration Enter and update information in company systems accurately and in a timely manner. Create new employee/user accounts and maintain account information as needed. Assist with system access, permissions, and user setup in accordance with company procedures. Maintain accurate records of system-related changes and updates. Support departments with basic administrative system needs. SOP & Department Compliance Assist the Quality Control Manager in monitoring department compliance with company SOPs. Review processes, reports, and documentation to ensure departments are following established procedures. Document instances where procedures are not being followed and escalate concerns appropriately. Track corrective actions and follow up with departments when necessary. Help maintain and organize SOP documentation and related records. Assist with periodic internal quality and compliance reviews. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support to the Quality Control Manager and department. Maintain confidential and sensitive company information appropriately. Organize files, reports, records, and supporting documentation. Communicate with various departments to obtain missing or additional information. Assist with special projects, audits, and other Quality Control initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business administration, data management, or a related field is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work comfortably with spreadsheets and large amounts of data. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to identify discrepancies and follow information back to its source. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while also collaborating with multiple departments. Comfortable working with computer systems, databases, and software applications. Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
