South Hackensack/Mahwah, NJ Seeking a hands-on Quality Manager to lead quality operations and maintain/improve the QMS across manufacturing, machining, assembly, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead
QMS, ISO 9001
2015, CAPA, audits, calibration, document control, and compliance . Manage incoming, in-process, dimensional, and final product inspections. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement . Manage supplier quality, audits, nonconformances, and corrective actions. Lead and develop QC/QA/Quality teams. Track quality KPIs and support customer, supplier, and third-party audits. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field. 7+ years of quality experience in manufacturing/machining/industrial environments. 3+ years of leadership/management experience . Strong
ISO 9001
2015 experience;
ISO 17025
preferred. Hands-on experience with CAPA, audits, inspection, calibration, NCM, and
QMS . CNC
machining, precision assembly, and dimensional inspection experience preferred. CQE/CQA/CMQ or ISO Lead Auditor certification preferred. Minitab and ERP/QMS systems experience preferred.
