Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead our testing and quality assurance initiatives across diverse software applications and platforms. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Quality & Food Safety Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and food safety programs. Oversee HACCP, SSOP, GMP, and sanitation compliance throughout the facility. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory standards. Lead internal audits, inspections, and corrective action programs. Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and applicable local regulations.
Team Leadership:
Promote a culture of food safety and continuous improvement. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to QA staff.
Testing & Documentation:
Review microbiological, chemical, and physical testing results. Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and traceability documentation. Investigate customer complaints, non-conformances, and product deviations. Supplier & Customer Quality Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials meet quality standards. Coordinate customer audits and respond to quality-related inquiries. Support product recalls or mock recall exercises when required. Continuous Improvement Analyze quality metrics and production trends. Recommend process improvements to reduce waste and improve product consistency.
