Quality Control / Human Resources Manager Unified Container Unified Container is seeking a dependable, experienced Quality Control / Human Resources Manager to oversee quality assurance and human resources functions within our manufacturing facility. This position works closely with management and production to maintain product quality, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and effective employee relations. Responsibilities Quality Control Develop, maintain, and oversee quality control programs to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements. Maintain SQF compliance and ensure the facility is prepared for audits and inspections. Perform and oversee product and packaging quality testing. Maintain and calibrate quality testing equipment. Maintain required quality records, test results, and documentation. Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective actions with production and maintenance. Human Resources Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and employee relations. Maintain confidential employee records and required HR documentation. Assist management with attendance, performance, disciplinary matters, and consistent application of company policies. Oversee workplace safety practices, training, incident documentation, and compliance requirements. Serve as a resource for employees and management regarding HR policies and workplace concerns. Qualifications Quality control/quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment. SQF knowledge and experience required. Human resources and/or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of GMP and HACCP preferred. Food, beverage, plastics, packaging, or blow molding manufacturing experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
