Health, Vision, Dental Position Overview The QA/QC Site Manage r is the senior site-level quality leader responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control operations across the project. This role ensures inspection activities, documentation, testing, issue resolution, and turnover requirements are completed in accordance with project specifications, applicable codes, contractual requirements, and owner expectations. Operating in fast-paced environments such as data centers, manufacturing facilities, and other mission-critical infrastructure, this position serves as the primary quality representative between field teams, project leadership, contractors, commissioning teams, and the owner. Key Responsibilities Lead all site QA/QC electrical operations scopes Develop and maintain site quality plans, ITPs, inspection procedures, and reporting standards Coordinate QC staffing, inspection coverage, and field assignments based on project priorities Ensure installations comply with drawings, specifications, codes, and owner requirements Conduct field audits and verify consistent execution of quality processes Oversee NCRs, punch lists, deficiencies, corrective actions, and rework through closure Track quality metrics, inspection progress, recurring issues, and documentation status Coordinate with construction, engineering, commissioning, safety, and project leadership Support FAT, SAT, startup, testing, commissioning, energization, and system turnover Ensure test records, inspection reports, as-builts, and closeout documentation are complete Identify quality risks and implement corrective or preventive actions Align QA/QC activities with project schedules, milestones, and look-ahead plans Provide daily and weekly quality updates to project and company leadership Enforce quality and safety requirements, including stop-work authority when necessary Required Experience & Qualifications 8+ years of construction quality, inspection, commissioning, or related field experience 3+ years of experience managing field quality teams Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams of 30 or more employees Experience leading site-wide quality operations on large-scale industrial or commercial projects Strong knowledge of electrical construction systems and inspection practices Experience developing and managing quality plans, ITPs, inspection workflows, and NCR processes Experience supporting testing, startup, commissioning, system readiness, and turnover Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schematics, and technical documents Working knowledge of applicable construction codes and quality standards OSHA 30 certification prior to site arrival
NFPA 70E
certification required (may be completed upon site arrival) Experience supporting integrated systems testing and owner turnover. Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and field decision-making skills Ability to work independently in fast-paced, schedule-driven construction environments Strong commitment to safety, accountability, compliance, and quality Preferred Qualifications Electrical Engineering degree with a strong understanding of data center commissioning processes Experience on data center, manufacturing, or mission-critical construction projects Experience overseeing electrical QA/QC programs Relevant trade license, technical certification, or engineering background Experience working with owners, contractors, commissioning teams, engineers, and AHJs Familiarity with ACC, Procore, CxAlloy, or similar QA/QC platforms Experience with quality metrics, staffing forecasts, turnover packages, and closeout documentation Exposure to Lean Construction, root-cause analysis, or continuous improvement practices Why Halo Halo Technical Solutions Global is not a staffing company—we are a quality and commissioning partner embedded within major industrial and mission-critical construction projects.
