standards and the strategic mindset to drive continuous improvement? If so, we want you to lead our plant's quality mission. We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to take full ownership of our plant quality system. You will be the guardian of our standards, the driver of customer satisfaction, and the champion of a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. What You'll Do Lead the Quality System

  • Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in strict adherence to
IATF 16949, ISO 9001

2015, and

ISO 17025

requirements. Own Customer Quality

  • Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints with urgency (following a 24-5-30 program). Serve as the primary liaison for all customer quality concerns. Manage the Lab
  • Ensure the laboratory is maintained and operated to
ISO 17025

standards. Supervise & Develop

  • Lead a team of inspection and testing personnel, ensuring high productivity, technical integrity, and skill growth. Drive Data-Based Decisions
  • Develop and analyze statistical data, product specifications, and reliability expectations. Provide technical and statistical expertise to cross-functional teams. Collaborate Across Operations
  • Work hand-in-hand with production teams and other quality managers to align quality objectives with manufacturing realities
  • maximizing reliability while minimizing cost. Build & Enforce Standards
  • Create, document, and implement inspection criteria, procedures, and ongoing quality control objectives. Audit with Impact
  • Perform internal audits (IATF 16949 & ISO 9001:2015), address nonconformities, and lead corrective actions. Manage Vendors
  • Interact directly with suppliers to ensure quality of all purchased parts. Lead Continuous Improvement
  • Play an active role on site-wide CI teams. Apply total quality management (TQM) tools to analytical and reporting processes. Train the Organization
  • Design, develop, and implement quality control training programs across shifts and departments. Direct Testing Functions
  • Oversee environmental test functions and applications. Handle Special Projects
  • Take on additional duties or strategic projects as assigned.
What You Bring Required:
Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

7+ years of quality experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred).

Certification:

Six Sigma Black Belt with hands-on, site-wide application experience.

Auditing:

Formal internal audit qualifications for IATF 16949 and

ISO 9001

2015.

Core Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication Excellent time management and prioritization Analytical and problem-solving mindset Metrics-driven and data-literate Computer proficiency (especially Excel) Preferred (but not required): Metrology knowledge BPCS experience Why Join Us?
