Quality Manager

Responsibilities Quality System Management Maintain and enforce Exergy's quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards. Ensure compliance with

ISO 9001

requirements and support continuous improvement initiatives. Process Improvement Utilize data-driven tools such as SPC and Root Cause Analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Lead Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to enhance performance and reduce the cost of quality. Quality Inspection & Control Oversee inspection of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Ensure adherence to specifications and maintain authority to reject non-conforming materials or products. Leadership & Team Management Supervise quality personnel, including training, performance management, and development of team capabilities. Audit & Compliance Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with applicable legal, safety, and regulatory requirements. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as the primary point of contact for customer quality issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production teams to drive continuous improvement. Reporting & Metrics Maintain quality metrics and records to monitor performance, analyze non-conformances, and reduce overall cost of quality.

Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Skills Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or a related field. Experience 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Technical Expertise Experience with ISO 9001 and quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis, SPC, FMEA, and CAPA. Proficiency with inspection and measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, gauges, optical instruments, Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), and surface roughness testers. Industry Knowledge Familiarity with relevant industry standards and auditing methodologies (e.g., ISO, GMP). Pay:

$72,697.56 - $80,775.55 per year
