Senior Tax Accountant

A fast-growing, mid-sized CPA firm in Garden City is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking for long-term growth within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals Conduct tax research and ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations Work closely with clients to provide high-quality tax planning and advisory services Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation (BS/MS required) 4-5 years of experience with a CPA firm 3-4 years of recent public accounting experience, including corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills

Preferred:

CPA license Experience with UltraTax software
