As a member of the Senior Management Team , you will have the authority to strengthen quality systems, maintain critical certifications and establish consistent standards throughout the facility. Responsibilities Develop, implement and maintain the company's Quality Management System Ensure continued compliance with AISC certification requirements Align quality procedures with applicable
ISO 9001
standards Lead internal and external quality audits Maintain quality documentation, procedures and inspection records Identify quality risks and implement effective corrective actions Investigate nonconformances and reduce recurring quality issues Promote continuous improvement across fabrication operations Collaborate with production, engineering and project management teams Develop, support and hold quality personnel accountable Provide senior leadership with clear quality reporting and recommendations Maintain consistent standards across all stages of fabrication Requirements Proven quality management experience within structural steel fabrication Strong working knowledge of AISC certification requirements Knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems Experience preparing for and managing certification audits Demonstrated success implementing or improving quality processes Strong understanding of fabrication drawings, specifications and inspection requirements Confident leadership and team-development abilities Excellent communication, problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to influence quality culture throughout an organization
