Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Manager of Quality Assurance to lead and oversee all aspects of our quality systems across raw material receiving, in-plant operations, and the broader supply chain. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organization. High SchoolResponsibilitiesQuality & Food Safety Implement food safety and sanitation programs to mitigate risk. Lead QP reviews incorporating new technologies and emerging hazards. Manage complex food safety, quality, and regulatory issues. Conduct traceability and recall exercises. Quality Programs Ensure compliance with Quality Policy and drive continuous improvement. Apply QP across sites; identify gaps and implement corrective actions. Lead CIQ initiatives within the plant. Develop consumer-focused specifications. Apply process control methods to improve performance. Support implementation of corporate standards. Lead root cause analysis and CAPA tracking. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with global and local regulations (ingredients, labeling, claims, packaging). Interpret regulatory and religious requirements. Provide guidance on product claims. Conduct risk assessments and recommend compliance solutions. Develop regulatory strategies and specifications for new products/markets. Represent company in industry and government forums.
