POSITION SUMMARY
- Manages, plans, and coordinates the Quality Assurance program designed to ensure production of delivered products that consistently meet customer expectations. This position will focus on the prevention aspect of the quality program.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drives quality culture throughout the site through consistent communication, demonstration of ownership and accountability for all team members, and educating employees with quality know-how.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field preferred.
SALARY RANGE
$89,985.14 to $149,403.00 annually. Compensation for this role is negotiable based on experience and skill set.Additional Competencies:
- Maintains appropriate confidentiality Ability to meet strict deadlines Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Promotes a harassment-free environment Establishes and maintains effective working relationships; demonstrates a commitment to teamwork Maintains a strong attention to detail Highly developed computer skills in Excel, Word and other office programs ERP system experience such as SAP.
