Cleveland, OH, USA Salary:
US$140-160K plus bonus and excellent benefits package
Industry:
Automotive Paints & Coatings About the Opportunity Join a leading provider of high-performance paints and coating products supporting the automotive industry . This is a senior site quality role responsible for leading QMS compliance, audits, quality investigations, customer quality outcomes, corrective actions, and continuous improvement across a regulated manufacturing environment. Key Requirements
  • 5+ years' quality management experience
  • Background in automotive or advanced manufacturing
  • 3+ years' people management or supervisory experience
  • Certified Lead Auditor , ideally IATF and/or VDA
  • Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Strong knowledge of FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and APQP
  • Experience with QMS, SCARs, customer complaints, non-conforming product issues, and corrective actions
  • Systems experience with SAP, LIMS, and ETQ Reliance would be advantageous Role & Responsibilities
  • Maintain and improve the site Quality Management System
  • Lead internal audits, document control, and customer quality requirements
  • Manage quality investigations, SCARs, customer complaints, and corrective actions
  • Drive data-led improvements in yield, productivity, complaints, and cost of non-conformance
  • Support customer and supplier visits
  • Act as quality gatekeeper for MOC activity , product release, product disposition, and new product launches
