Site Quality Lead#26-05399 Cleveland, OH On-site Direct Placement Starts 6/08/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Site Quality Lead for a contract position with a Global Manufacturing Company located in Cleveland, OH. This is a full- time opportunity. Pay range: $140,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year This role is responsible for ensuring consistent measurement and reporting of site quality performance. The selected candidate will lead internal and external quality incident investigations, drive data-driven improvement programs, and manage the site's internal audit program and document control system.

Responsibilities:

Ensure consistent measurement and reporting of site quality performance within the organization Lead internal and external quality incident investigations (off spec situations, customerplaints, SCAR) and relatedmunication Drive data driven site quality improvement programs to improve yield/productivity cost of non-conformance and customer Facilitate/lead in-house customer & supplier visits Support and troubleshoot data systems including SAP, LIMS, and ETQ Reliance Own the site internal audit program (planning & execution) and the site document control system Collaborate with technical, Optima and R D team to drive quality improvement in first right capability Serve as a gate keeper in site level quality MOC, and New Product Launches Provide quality, training, leadership and coaching for the site Promote quality culture at the site User decision related to product release Decision on product Fit/Form/Function related change approval requests Decision on off spec product disposition

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Quality, Engineering Minimum of five (5) years of quality management experience, preferred in automotive industry Minimum three (3) years of people management or supervisory experience Certified Lead Auditor (IATF; VDA preferred) Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt certification Proficiency in English (written and verbal) Demonstrated knowledge of automotive core tools (FMEA, SPC, CP, APQP) Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
