BARRYSTAFF
is currently seeking a Quality Manager for a company located in Dayton, OH, who specializes in fabricating and machining. Barrystaff is handling the hiring process for this position. This is NOT a temporary or contract position. This is direct hire.Key Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership and guidance for all Quality Assurance activities supporting Opertations, Sales, Service, Distributors, and Customers
- Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving the Quality Policy and QMS, ensuring quality objectives are established, tracked, and achieved
- Designing and executing a robust internal audit program, conducting audits and supporting customers and regulatory inspections.
- Ensuring timely investigations and resolution of customer complaints within established service standards
- Overseeing Quality System deployment, including documentation control, customer compliance requirements and product/part approval
- Planning and implementing quality policies, procedures and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Leading management review meetings and evaluating performance
- Overseeing the
ISO 9001
program, including compliance, documentation, and audit coordination Must have minimum of five years experience in quality leadership in a manufacturing environment. Proven track record of managingISO 9001
standards. Lean Manufacturing and/or Six sigma certification (Green or black belt preferred). Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering or a related technical field. Hours are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri. Pay is $80,000- 100,000/yr.
