Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead our quality assurance and control initiatives across manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. Your energetic leadership will foster a culture of excellence, precision, and accountability, ensuring that every product meets the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence manufacturing processes, uphold regulatory compliance, and elevate overall product integrity. Duties Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned and other relevant standards to ensure consistent product quality. Lead regular quality audits across production lines and facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards in production. Oversee quality inspection processes, including GDT (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), QA/QC procedures, and analysis skills to verify product specifications meet stringent criteria. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal standards such as FDA regulations and other applicable manufacturing laws by conducting thorough reviews and audits. Manage cross-functional communication between production, engineering, supply chain, and regulatory teams to promote a unified approach to quality assurance. Implement Lean management principles and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency. Lead training sessions on quality systems, GMP practices, Six Sigma manufacturing techniques, and regulatory compliance for team members at all levels. Experience Proven experience practicing in an industrial or manufacturing engineering role with a strong focus on quality control and assurance. Demonstrated expertise in implementing
ISO 9001
standards within a manufacturing environment. Hands-on experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and analysis aligned with FDA regulations or similar regulatory frameworks. Strong knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and related regulatory/legal compliance standards. Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), QA/QC procedures, and quality systems management tools such as Six Sigma or Lean management. Excellent team leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration across departments while maintaining high standards of quality assurance. Analytical skills necessary for detailed data review and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Join us in shaping the future of manufacturing excellence! Pay:
$55,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
