Job Description

This is a full time, salaried position. The Quality Manager plans, coordinates, and directs the Quality Control Program designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards. This position develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product. Responsibilities Maintain all quality standards to ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO and company quality system Immediately report any quality related issues to management Monitor and distribute all corrective actions regarding quality issues Maintaining the quality lab Manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders Maintain accurate records in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO certification Structure and maintain performance measures relating to quality/production issues and reporting to the managing staff Manage quality department personnel and monitor performance issues using disciplinary procedures as necessary Direct workers in inspection and testing to ensure quality control of product Manage the operating budget with the rest of the managing staff and maintain budget objectives on a monthly and annual basis to achieve profit goals Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation requirements Job Requirements Quality experience Plastics injection molding experience Management experience Drivers License Employee Benefits Weekly pay Affordable Medical Insurance with low deductible options FREE Life Insurance Monday - Friday work schedule Birthday is a paid holiday Monthly employee appreciation events
