Please contact Jacob Gilley (615) 585-1914 for an interview. Quality Control (QC) / Asst. Manager The Quality Control position's main purpose is to ensure that consistent and proper procedures have desired results in quality and production.
Job Responsibilities:
Coach associates in positive and corrective quality of vehicles Keep manager informed on quality concerns and corrections Be sure production is being tracked and recorded correctly Help with training of new associates and cross training Assist managers in the development of training and quality action plans and corrections Ensure that all safety procedures and PPE is being followed Complete vehicle checklist to ensure that we are meeting all quality standards Be backup to
Location Manager Qualifications:
1-year manager or assistant manager experience 2 years customer service experience Auto detailing experience Must be a team player Detail oriented Hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record Non-exempt hourly paid position. Rate to be determined based on experience.
