Get Ahead Here! An established Piqua manufacturer has a Quality Assurance Manager position open @ $22-$28 per hour, BOE + Premium Benefits. The Quality Manager is responsible for providing support to the plant and leadership of a large, complex facility in the area of maintaining and improving the quality systems. Duties involved with quality management systems includes change control, data collection schemes and analysis, test methods & equipment, standard operating instructions, audits, manuals, and other routine quality systems areas.
Duties To Include:
Evaluate and validate incoming raw materials. Development of quality inspection processes to promote lean manufacturing. Maintain existing protocols and documentation processes. Testing of incoming, in-process, and final inspections of all resins and products produced. Provide product data of final status. Perform measurements with mechanical inspection tools; digital calipers, etc. Conduct routine and random analysis of raw materials, in-process and finished product. Lead the laboratory test equipment calibration program. Provide hands-on management of the elements of the QMS (Quality Management System.) These include quality action plans, root cause analysis and corrective actions, supplier quality management, customer complaints, standard work, audit processes, standard procedures, test methods, change control and process controls

Requirements :
Steel Toed Boots High school Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License Your own Transportation A Clean Background with NO Felony Conviction Able to Pass an Employment Drug Screen (NO THC) Periodic Random Drug Screens 2 years of Previous Quality Control Inspection experience Required.
