- We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols to ensure production activities comply with all internal and external requirements. Lead the quality assurance team in conducting inspections and tests to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished products. Collaborate with other departments to develop best practices for the prevention of defects and the improvement of product quality. Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the quality control systems to ensure they are effective and efficient. Review and analyze quality assurance data and prepare reports for senior management. Ensure all quality assurance activities comply with industry regulations and standards. Conduct training and workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of the quality assurance team. Manage the budget for the quality assurance department and ensure cost-effective operations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required. AWS CWI and/or CRI certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of quality control methods and standards. Experience with heat treatment processes and techniques. Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficient in the use of quality control software and tools. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to train and mentor team members.A bit about us:
