Job Description

Quality Control (QC) SupervisorCuyahoga County, OH | Full-Time | Onsite

•Temp-HireWe're seeking an experienced Quality Control Supervisor to lead a quality team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising and mentoring QC personnel, overseeing inspection activities, investigating non-conformances, conducting internal audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

Responsibilities:

Lead, schedule, and train Quality Control personnel.



Oversee inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.



Investigate non-conforming materials and products and implement corrective and preventive actions.



Conduct internal quality audits and maintain compliance with quality management standards.



Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for process improvement.



Ensure products meet customer requirements, internal specifications, and applicable industry standards.



Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of supervisory experience in a quality control or quality assurance role.



Strong knowledge of quality tools and Quality Management System (QMS) software.



Proficiency with

ISO 9001

standards and IPC guidelines for electronics manufacturing.



Electronics manufacturing experience is preferred.



Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
