Job Description

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Lead - Onsite position with a Major Financial Institution located in Dallas, TX or Strongsville, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity.

Operating in a global delivery model, this role brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain. The ideal candidate will lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle, coordinate test strategy, and ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Bring strategic direction to testing and act as the subject matter expert for the quality discipline and line of business domains

Lead the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work

Coordinate test strategy, scripting, and defect resolution

Ensure early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus

Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation, and upkeep of test scripts and opportunities for automation

Requirements:
