In this role, you will lead inspection activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with construction teams to maintain excellence throughout project execution. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, uphold contractual obligations, and guarantee that all electrical work meets rigorous quality benchmarks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence project success through meticulous oversight and leadership. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality inspections of electrical installations and construction activities to verify adherence to project specifications and safety standards. Lead and coordinate quality control teams, providing guidance on inspection procedures and best practices in construction management. Collect, analyze, and document data related to construction quality metrics, inspection findings, and compliance status for reporting purposes. Review construction contracts and technical drawings to ensure work scope aligns with contractual requirements and industry standards. Identify potential issues or deviations during inspections; collaborate with project managers and contractors to implement corrective actions promptly. Maintain detailed records of inspections, non-conformance reports, and corrective measures to support ongoing quality assurance efforts. Support the development of quality control plans and procedures tailored to specific projects or client requirements. Ideal, but not required Proven experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and construction processes. Valid Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent level of experience in electrical trade work. Demonstrated expertise in construction inspection, quality control, and quality assurance practices within the construction industry. Strong analysis skills for evaluating inspection data, identifying issues, and recommending solutions effectively. Familiarity with construction management principles, contract review processes, and data collection methods related to project oversight. Excellent communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams including contractors, project managers, and clients. Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contractual documents accurately.
